At Carter Hears!, this is the season where care becomes action, and action becomes impact. The March edition of the Carter Hears! Exchange reminds us to strive for growth, even in the little moments.
This month’s issue is centered on growth: in our students, in our teams, and in the systems we’re helping to shape. Growth in language. Growth in confidence. Growth in access and opportunity for Deaf and Hard of Hearing children and their families.

This report brings together student outcomes, service data, district partnerships, and family experiences to tell a fuller story of impact and growth.
🎓 Professional Learning in Motion – Wrapping up this season’s Educator Series and continuing to expand opportunities through Quill Model. We're focused on equipping educators and families with tools that translate directly into everyday practice.
